Reserve your space at Brewster and enjoy the evening together.

Table reservations are FREE at any time on weekdays. On weekends and evenings before public holidays, reservations are free for arrival times before 8:00 PM. Bookings after 8:00 PM may also be arranged upon request.

For a more private setting, we have private booths/cages, each seating up to six guests. Larger groups can also reserve bigger sections of the bar, free of charge before 8:00 PM and by agreement for later bookings.

Looking for something more exclusive?

The entire venue can be reserved privately for your event.

Brewster can be reserved exclusively for your group for a few hours or, depending on the date, for the entire evening.

Full private hire is generally available from Sunday to Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, exclusive bookings are available before 9:00 PM. Requests for full private hire later in the evening may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a tailored minimum spend or venue hire fee.

We can also help arrange the layout, equipment and setup to suit your event.
